Please note, however, that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of our website.

9.1 Purposes of use (Art. 6 Para. 1 f DSGVO / §15 Para. 3 TMG)

9.1.1 Tag Management

Tag management is used to manage tracking tools on websites. To do this, a tag is set for each page. The marking can then be used to determine which tracking tools should be used for this page. Tracking can be controlled in a targeted manner via tag management, so that the tools are only used where they make sense.

Google Tag Manager

This website uses the Google Tag Manager. This service allows website tags to be managed via an interface. The Google Tool Manager only implements tags. This means: No cookies are used and no personal data is recorded. The Google Tool Manager triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. However, the Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation has been carried out at domain or cookie level, it remains in place for all tracking tags, insofar as these are implemented with the Google Tag Manager.

9.1.2 Market research / range measurement

The aim of the range measurement is to statistically determine the intensity of use and the number of users of a website and to obtain comparable values for all connected offers. At no time individual users are identified. Your identity is always protected.

Google Analytics

This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies". These are text files that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

By activating IP anonymization on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; we would like to point out to you however that in this case you will if applicable not be able to use all functions of this website in full. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading the browser plug-in available under the following link and install:  http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de

9.1.3 Profiles for the needs-based design of the web portal.

In order to be able to constantly improve the websites, we create so-called clickstream analyses. The clickstream corresponds to your movement path on the websites. The analysis of the movement paths gives us information about the user behavior on our websites. This allows us to identify possible structural errors in the websites and thus improve the websites so that the websites can be optimized to meet your needs. At no time individual users are identified.

9.1.4. conversion tracking

Third-party tools are used on this website for analysis purposes. These tools measure the effectiveness with which users are addressed by advertisements (so-called "conversion tracking").

If you click on advertisements from a third party named below, a conversion tracking cookie will be placed on your computer. If you now visit a certain website, the third-party provider and we can recognize that you clicked on the ad and were forwarded to this page. This allows us to collect information that is relevant to our advertising efforts. We may find out the total number of users who clicked on an advertisement, the duration of the visit, the operating system, the device model, the location, the payment transactions made and the range of functions used in mobile apps. We are not given any personal information about the identity of the user.

If you do not wish to participate in this conversion tracking process in the future, you can refuse the setting of a cookie required for this - for example via a browser setting that generally deactivates the automatic setting of cookies. For example, use the "Do not track" option ("DNT") of your Internet browser.

Please note that you must take such a step separately for each of your end devices.

We work together with the following third-party providers in the context of conversion tracking:

– Outbrain conversion pixels

In this way, the provider of the method can see when and how many users requested this measurement pixel or a website was visited. Furthermore, the provider can determine whether JavaScript is activated in the browser or not. If JavaScript is activated, further information such as browser information, operating system, screen resolution can be recorded.

This function is usually implemented by a JavaScript call, but the term measuring pixel is still used.

JavaScripts are used to call up the application and transmit the collected parameters to the respective service provider/measuring pixel provider.

On the websites www.meine-cookies.org or  www.youronlinechoices.com  you can read more information about cookies and the individual providers. There you also have the option of usage-based online advertising by individual companies or by all companies  https://www.youronlinechoices.com/de/praferenzmanagement/  to disagree.
