Merle has been part of the evety team since March 2023 and specializes in the evaluation and assessment of efficiency measures in heating networks, especially in combination with renewable heat generators. Merle worked as a research assistant at the University of Duisburg-Essen to simulate and analyze the deployment planning of a sample generation portfolio for piped heat supply. During her studies, she acquired extensive knowledge of IMB ILOG CPLEX Optimization Studio. Her previous project experience has enabled her to sharpen her expertise in the areas of GIS analysis, process development and project management. The heat sector is her focus area.
